How Nerva Consulting collects, uses and protects the personal data submitted through this website.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Nerva Consulting, an EURL whose registered office is at 10 rue de la Bourse, 75002 Paris, France, registered under SIRET number 799 774 435 000 33, represented by its managing director Moussa Ali Moussa.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- through the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), project type, estimated budget (optional) and the content of your message;
- through emails or phone calls initiated by you.
We never ask for special category data. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the free-text field of the form.

4. Retention periods
- Enquiry with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Client relationship: for the duration of the contract, then 3 years from its end for business development purposes.
- Accounting records: 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code.
5. Recipients
Your data is processed by Nerva Consulting and is never sold, transferred or rented to third parties. It may be hosted or transmitted by our technical providers (OVH SAS for website hosting and email, and where applicable the form processing service), acting as processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR and located in the European Union, or subject to appropriate safeguards in the event of a transfer outside the EU.
6. Cookies and third-party services
This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. No prior consent is therefore required on that basis.
The fonts used may be loaded from the Google Fonts service, which involves transmitting your IP address to that provider. If you prefer to avoid this, the font files can be served directly from the website; that option is documented in the project.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access (encrypted transmission, restricted access, security updates, regular backups).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
